2025 3rd International Conference on Advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (ICAUAS 2025) will be held during October 24-26, 2025 in Songshan Lake, Guangdong. We believe this format helps to reduce travel distances, costs, and indoor gathering. At the same time, it increases the reach of the conference and the opportunities to participate. It will be an inclusive and accessible conference. 

Participants may choose one way to registrate for the conference.

• Full registration fee covers :(Author only) publication fee + conference sessions + 2 coffee breaks,1 lunch, 1 dinner + conference kits 

• If the paper exceeds 5 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page. 

• Students registration applicant should provide student identity. 

• Printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir.. will be provided on conference site. 

• Bank charges borne by the applicant. 

• The papers will be published on line. 

• For "No shows", registration fee is nonrefundable.

Guidelines: 

• The accepted papers will be published online conference proceedings.

• An acceptable paper is at least 8 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 8 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page. 

• The registration fee is subjected to the deadline which is indicated as “early, regular, late, onsite“ in the registration fee table.

• The Participants attend the meeting session of October 25 only to do the presentation, not publish the paper, please choose "One day Program" registration.

  The participants attend the conference as the listener, please download the registration form in which you can find the payment method. After payment, please send us your filled registration form and payment voucher.

Registration Instructions:

• Please log in to the online registration system to fill your information and complete the payment. You can also email inquiry@icauas.net to confirm the conference registration process.

• After you have paid successfully, please send the completed form to the conference mailbox. For the registration form in Chinese, please contact inquiry@icauas.net.

• It is required to send your camera-ready, registration form, and payment by the deadline to the conference email box.

• If you need a Chinese registration form and RMB payment method, please contact the conference official email inquiry@icauas.net.

• Send us your filled registration form, payment voucher along with other related documents to the conference mailbox inquiry@icauas.net.

Benefits for Students:

• If you register with 'student', please send your valid student identity as supplementary.

• Please notice that only one preferential item can be valid for one applicant.

What is covered by the registration fee?

• The full registration fee covers: (Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions on October 24-26 + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on October 25 + conference kits (for onsite conference).  

• ''One-day program'' registration fee covers meeting sessions on October 25 + 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch, 1 dinner on October 25 +conference kits (for onsite conference). 

• Tutorials should be registered individually.

• Tutorial Registration includes all tutorials sessions + lunch. 

• Printed program, attendance certificate, a souvenir will be provided on the conference site.  

Cancellation policy:

If a registrant is unable to attend ICAUAS 2025, they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer, someone else to attend the conference. If the aforementioned solutions are not applicable to the registrant, the following policies of cancellation and refund apply:

1. Up to 90 days prior to the conference date: 70% refund of the registration fees paid;

2. Less than 90 days, but more than 60 days prior to the conference date: 60% refund of the registration fees paid;

3. Less than 60 days, but more than 30 days prior to the conference date: 50% refund of the registration fees paid;

4. Less than 30 days prior to the conference date: No refund.

Please note:

*The cancellation and refund request must be made formally through email to inquiry@icauas.net.

* For “No-Show” without cancelation notice sent within the period specified in the policy, registration fee is nonrefundable. 

若注册者无法出席会议，可提前与会议主办方协调，由他人代替出席。如无法采取上述解决方案，请参照以下退费条款：

1.会议开始日期前90天内: 退回已付注册费的70%；

2.会议开始日期前60天至90天: 退回已付注册费的60%；

3.会议开始前30至60天: 退回已付注册费的50%；

4.会议开始前不足30天:不予退费。

注意：

*取消参会和发起退款需通过电子邮件提交正式申请至邮箱: inquiry@icauas.net。

*如最终缺席会议,主办方将不予退款。

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”.
