Welcome to ICAUAS 2026

On behalf of the organizing committee, we warmly welcome you to the website for the 2026 4th International Conference on Advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems (ICAUAS 2026), which is organized by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and will be held during October 16-18, 2026 in Shanghai, China. This conference provides a forum for the discussion and dissemination of knowledge and results in theory, methodology and new advances in Advanced Unmanned Aerial Systems and their applications in many other fields of science and engineering.

Our conference is a fully approved and peer-reviewed process. Each paper is blind peer-reviewed for its suitability, academic content, and thoroughness. Accepted papers will be included in the digital proceeding and submitted to major citation databases (including, but not limited to Ei Compendex and Scopus) for review and indexing.

We are pleased to invite you to submit your paper that highlights your research results to the conference. Meet and network with your peers in the area of your research.

Publication

Registered and presented full papers will be included in the ICAUAS 2026 digital conference proceedings, which will be published by Springer Aerospace Technology, and also submitted to major citation databases (including, but not limited to Ei Compendex and Scopus) for review and indexing.

Selected papers with a significant extension can be recommended for publication in the Special Issue "Design and Application of Multi-functional Structures" of "Proceedings of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, Part L: Journal of Materials: Design and Applications", which will be submitted to major citation databases such as SCIE, Scopus, Inspec, etc. for indexing.

Submission

All submitted papers need to be original, must not be previously published or accepted for publication elsewhere, must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
