Professor Ben M. Chen from Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering, the Chinese University of Hong Kong will be a keynote speaker of our conference! Professor Chen is an IEEE Fellow, CAA Fellow and Fellow of Academy of Engineering, Singapore.
